Problem Note 57932: The Report Center fails to open after you update host names with the SAS® Deployment Manager
After you update host names using the SAS Deployment Manager, the Report Center in the SAS® Environment Manager might fail to open. The web browser might display this error:
Page Cannot Be Displayed
When the Report Center tries to open, the URL still contains the old host name for the SAS Stored Process Web Application, causing the failure.
Workaround
- On the application server where the SAS Environment Manager Enablement Kit Server (emi-framework) is configured, navigate to SAS-configuration-directory\LevN\Web\SASEnvironmentManager\emi-framework.
- Edit the sasev.properties file using a text editor.
- Change the value for FedDataMartstp.url= from the old server host name to the new server host name.
- Restart the SAS Environment Manager agent.
- Now access the Report Center in the SAS Environment Manager.
